Calibration Services

ISO/IEC 17025 accredited calibration for RF, microwave, DC, low-frequency, and time/frequency instruments. NIST-traceable measurements with documented measurement uncertainty budgets. Turnaround options: standard (10 days), priority (5 days), express (2 days).

Repair & Refurbishment

Factory-trained technicians using genuine Keysight parts. Component-level repair with post-repair performance verification against original factory specifications. Fixed-price repair available for many instrument families.

Equipment Rental

Short-term and long-term rental programs for test equipment across the entire Keysight portfolio. Instruments are calibrated and verified prior to each rental shipment. Flexible terms from 1 week to 36 months.

Asset Management

Comprehensive fleet management including calibration scheduling, asset tracking, utilization analytics, and automated compliance reporting. Integration with customer CMMS and ERP systems.

Application Engineering

Measurement consulting, custom test solution development, and on-site training delivered by application engineers specializing in RF/microwave, signal integrity, power, and wireless conformance testing.

Calibration Methodology

Incoming Inspection

Visual inspection and functional verification to identify any physical damage, missing accessories, or pre-existing performance issues before calibration begins.

As-Found Measurement

Full performance verification against manufacturer specifications using reference standards traceable to national metrology institutes (NIST, PTB, NPL).

Adjustment & Alignment

Precision adjustments performed to bring all parameters within specification. Firmware updates applied as needed to ensure instrument operates at peak performance.

As-Left Verification

Post-adjustment performance verification documenting all measured values, pass/fail status, and calculated measurement uncertainties in the calibration certificate.

Certificate Delivery

Digital calibration certificate with full traceability chain, measurement uncertainty statements, and environmental conditions recorded during calibration.

Service Scope & Applicability

What We Calibrate

Our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs calibrate Keysight-manufactured instruments and selected third-party RF, microwave, and DC instruments. Calibration parameters are limited to those specified in the instrument's factory data sheet — custom or extended specifications require a separate engineering evaluation, which typically adds 3-5 business days to turnaround.

Limitations

Calibration does not cover mechanical damage, electrostatic discharge (ESD) failures, or performance degradation caused by operating instruments outside their rated environmental conditions. Instruments with discontinued models may have limited spare parts availability; repair quotes for end-of-support instruments are provided on a best-effort basis with typical lead times of 4-8 weeks.
